The bedrooms are light and spacious with panoramic views. Both double bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms and the twin has a private shower room directly opposite.
Double room - £85 for two sharing per night (£77 for three nights or more) including breakfast.
Twin room - £80 for two sharing per night (£72 for three nights or more) including breakfast.

Guest Lounge and Dining Room
The large guest lounge has an open fire, piano and television. Breakfast is served in the spacious dining room around a big mahogany table or at a small table in the bay window overlooking the garden. You'll also find a collection of guide books on Lincolnshire history, natural history and the local area in the dining room. Your breakfast will be cooked in the farmhouse kitchen. Where ever possible, home produced ingredients are used for breakfast e.g. poached fruit in season, eggs and tomatoes from the garden when available. Other ingredients are locally sourced - sausages and bacon come from local farms with high animal welfare standards.
Information on Rates
The room rate is inclusive of a full English breakfast or, for the more health conscious, yoghurt and seasonal fruit from the garden as available. A vegetarian breakfast is also available but please let us know beforehand if possible.
Please note that we prefer a minimum stay of two nights, especially at busy weekends in high season, but it is always worth
enquiring if single nights are available.
Children of all ages are very welcome but we ask you to be considerate of other guests. Well-behaved dogs are also welcome but a charge is made.
We do not serve dinner but there are plenty of good places to eat out locally. You can find a list of recommended restaurants on the Things To Do page.
